Kay Frances Hall (Dowd), 88, of Port Ludlow, Washington, passed away on May 15, 2025, while under hospice care at Jefferson Healthcare, with family at her side. She was born May 2, 1937, to Ellen M. Dowd (Werner) and John F. Dowd of Port Ludlow, Washington.
Being with her loved ones—family and friends alike—was one of Kay’s greatest joys. Her other passions in life were square dancing, cruising, camping, and spoiling her pets.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Hall of Port Ludlow; daughter Kathleen (Steven) Byers; sons Steve (Brenda) Miller, Scott (Tami) Miller, and Judd Hall; sisters Betty (Albert) Blankenship and Barbara (Larry) Green; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
